Refund & Cancellation Policy
Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any Velocity Funds evaluation or program.

Introduction
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made through the Velocity Funds website (velocityfunds.io) and related checkout systems, and governs all Velocity Starter evaluation programs, Velocity Funded simulated accounts, and any associated subscription plans operated by Velocity Funds LLC (“Velocity Funds,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By completing a purchase on our platform, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not complete your purchase.
What You Are Purchasing
Velocity Funds sells access to software-based simulated trading evaluation programs and simulated funded account environments. All accounts — including Velocity Starter evaluations and Velocity Funded simulated accounts — operate in a simulated environment only. No real capital is deposited on your behalf. No live brokerage account is opened in your name.
Your purchase pays for access to our platform, evaluation software, AI-powered trading tools, and the right to participate in our simulated program under the rules described in our Terms & Conditions and Program Rules.
One-Time Evaluation & Program Fees
If you purchase a one-time evaluation or Velocity Funded (Instant) program and change your mind, you may request a refund within 72 hours of purchase, provided that:
- Your account has not been accessed, activated, or used to place any simulated trades.
- You submit your refund request to support@velocityfunds.io within the 72-hour window.
- You include your order confirmation number and the email address used at checkout.
Approved refunds will be issued for the amount paid minus a $75.00 processing fee, which covers third-party platform provisioning, data feed costs, and payment processing fees that we are unable to recover once an account has been created.
Once your account has been accessed, activated, or used to place any simulated trade — regardless of performance outcome — the fee is non-refundable.
Refund requests submitted after the 72-hour window has elapsed will not be approved, regardless of whether trades have been placed.
Monthly Subscription Plans
Velocity Starter monthly subscription fees are charged on a recurring basis. The following terms apply:
- Cancellation: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time by logging into your account dashboard or by emailing support@velocityfunds.io. Cancellation stops future billing immediately.
- No partial refunds: Monthly fees are charged at the start of each billing cycle and are non-refundable for the current billing period. You will retain access to your program through the end of the paid period.
- First charge: If you have not yet accessed your account within 72 hours of your first subscription charge, you may request a refund under the same conditions described above for one-time fees, minus the $75.00 processing fee.
When Refunds Are Not Available
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- The account has been accessed, activated, or used to place simulated trades.
- The 72-hour refund window has elapsed since the time of purchase.
- The account was closed or terminated due to a violation of our Program Rules or Terms & Conditions.
- The purchase was made using a promotional discount, coupon code, or special pricing offer, unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
- A chargeback or payment dispute has been filed with your bank or card issuer. Filing a chargeback does not replace the refund process described herein and may result in suspension of your account and referral to collections.
- The request is for a reward, payout, or profit split — these are governed exclusively by our Terms & Conditions and the applicable program rules.
How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request, contact us within the eligible window:
- Email: support@velocityfunds.io
- Subject line: Refund Request — [Your Order Number]
- Include: your full name, email address used at checkout, order/confirmation number, and the reason for your request.
We will review and respond to your request within 3–5 business days. If approved, the refund will be returned to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer (typically 5–10 business days after approval).
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By purchasing any Velocity Funds product, you agree to contact us directly at support@velocityfunds.io to resolve any billing concerns before filing a chargeback or dispute with your bank or card issuer.
Initiating a chargeback without first attempting resolution through our support team is a violation of this agreement. In such cases, we reserve the right to suspend your account, provide evidence to your financial institution refuting the chargeback, and refer the matter for collections or legal action where warranted by applicable law.

Charges from Velocity Funds will appear on your bank statement or card statement as:

Changes to This Policy
Velocity Funds reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of our Services after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy. We recommend reviewing this page before each purchase.
